Baltimore City Baseball All-District Team

Baltimore City Public Schools recently came out with their All-District selections for baseball! The teams were selected by the baseball coaches of Baltimore City.

Baltimore City College, which won its first city championship since 1994, received the most first team selections with four. Joining senior outfielder Keon Williams and junior infielder David Sanders were the only freshmen selected team in pitcher Leo Rubinson and infielder Zach Kannam.

Poly, who City topped in the championship game, saw two outfielders get selected- senior Robert Mack and junior Brian Dunston. Mervo and Frederick Douglass joined Poly in having two players get selected each. A pair of junior pitchers got picked for Mervo in Jamal Burton and Jalen Edmondson, while senior catcher Malik Holloway and junior pitcher Darius Madison got selected from Frederick Douglass.

Tyler Louis (junior pitcher, KASA), DeAndre McIntosh (senior infielder, Ben Franklin), Donaye Belle (senior pitcher, Edmondson), Xylan Morris (junior outfielder, Lake Clifton) and Jamal Howard (junior catcher, Dunbar) rounds out the first team.
